Snapdragon – Antibes Apricot I

~50 Seeds

Antibes Apricot I is a premium cut-flower snapdragon with tall, elegant spires in soft apricot tones that blend beautifully with blush, peach, and cream palettes. This variety is known for its strong stems, uniform growth, and excellent vase life, making it a favourite for market growers and gardeners who love bringing armfuls of flowers indoors. The blooms open gradually up the spike, giving a long harvest window and a polished, florist-quality look in bouquets.

Unlike shorter bedding snapdragons, Antibes Apricot I produces tall, upright plants that add height and structure to garden beds while still performing exceptionally well as a cut flower. The warm apricot colour shifts subtly with temperature, sometimes showing lighter pastel hues in cooler weather. Plants branch well, producing multiple harvestable stems over the season, and they’re surprisingly tolerant of cool spring and fall conditions.

Snapdragons are also a pollinator-friendly choice, attracting bees that can navigate their charming “dragon mouth” blooms. Reliable, productive, and refined, Antibes Apricot I is an excellent choice for gardeners looking to grow professional-quality cut flowers at home.
