We know you're excited to get your seeds, and we don’t blame you – who wouldn’t be? Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your orders from Circle Farms to your hands. Read on for the answers to our most common shipping questions.

 

Where's My Order? Impact of Canada Post Strike On Current Orders

The Canada Post strike may be over, but lettermail service continues to be backed up.

Please note that orders under $100 are sent via lettermail, unless paid shipping has been selected. Lettermail deliveries are taking anywhere from 5 - 25 business days, depending on your location.

If you are in a hurry to receive your seeds, we suggest choosing the paid shipping option. Our current turn around time for filling orders is 2 - 4 business days. Thank you for your patience as we wait for Canada Post to catch up!

 

How Quickly Will You Get Your Seeds?

 

We do our best to process orders within 2-4 business days (because we’re just as eager as you are to get those seeds growing). Keep in mind, we’re closed on weekends and holidays, because hey, everyone needs a little break now and then!

 

Order Tracking – What to Expect

 

Orders under $100 (Free Shipping)

For orders under $100, we ship via Canada Post Lettermail. Here’s the catch – to keep shipping free, there’s no tracking, but don’t worry! Your seeds are on their way and should arrive within 10 business days (please allow extra time right now due to the strike backlog). Just imagine the seeds are on a little cross-country adventure!

Shop App users may see in their app that an order is filled, but not shipped. This is incorrect. If you receive an email from us saying your order is on it's way, it's on it's way!

 

Orders over $100 (Free Shipping)

Congrats on your big order (and thank you)! This one comes with Expedited Parcel service, complete with a tracking number so you can follow your seeds every step of the way. You’ll get your tracking info when we send your shipping confirmation.

 

Paid Express or Expedited Shipping

If you’ve opted for express or expedited shipping (you go-getter, you), we’ll send your order with tracking via Canada Post. Expect your tracking number in your shipping confirmation.

 

About the Shop App

If you’ve been checking the Shop App for updates, we kindly ask you to ignore it unless you’ve paid for shipping and received a Canada Post tracking number.

Local Pick-Ups

We’re all about making things easy for you, so we prefer to send your order via post rather than local pick-ups. But don’t worry, local deliveries usually only take 2 - 5 business days after shipping. No need to leave the house, we've got you covered!

 

Worried About a Late Delivery?

Canada Post Lettermail can sometimes take the scenic route, and packages might take up to 25 business days to arrive due to the strike backlog. If it’s been longer than that, drop us a line! But before you do, please double-check:

- Your Canada Post mailbox (sometimes those seeds hide in plain sight).

- Your shipping address (just in case a typo sent your seeds on a detour).
