Official Rules & Regulations

1. Sponsor

The Circle Farms Community Contest (the "Contest") is sponsored by Circle Farms ("Sponsor").

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on June 30, 2026 and closes at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on November 1, 2026 (the "Contest Period").

Monthly prize draws will be conducted on or about the 1st day of each month during the Contest Period. The Grand Prize and Gardener's Choice Award winners will be announced on or about November 7, 2026.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who:

• Are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry;
• Have a valid Circle Farms customer account; and
• Comply with these Official Rules.

Employees, representatives, agents, and immediate family members of Circle Farms, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and any parties involved in the administration of the Contest are not eligible to enter. Circle Farms affiliate and brand ambassador partners are permitted to enter the contest.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Contest:

1. Log in to your Circle Farms account.
2. Upload a photo or video to the Circle Farms Community Gallery.
3. Tag at least one Circle Farms seed variety shown in the photo or video.

Each uploaded photo or video constitutes one (1) entry.

Participants may submit multiple entries during the Contest Period. Each entry must be unique and must not be a duplicate, substantially similar, or previously submitted photo or video.

5. Entry Requirements

To be eligible:

• Each photo or video must contain at least one plant grown from Circle Farms seeds.
• The entrant must own or have permission to use all content included in the submission.
• Entries must not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
• Entries must not contain offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
• Entries generated by artificial intelligence are not permitted.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to approve entries prior to publishing to the gallery and to remove or disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Rules.

6. Prizes

The following prizes are available:

Monthly Prizes

• Four (4) monthly prizes consisting of one $100 Circle Farms gift card. One $100 gift card will be awarded for the months of July, August, September and October 2026.

People's Choice Award

• One (1) Gardener's Choice Award consisting of $250 CAD cash and a $100 Circle Farms gift card.

Grand Prize

• One (1) Grand Prize consisting of $500 CAD cash and a $200 Circle Farms gift card.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.

7. Winner Selection

Monthly Prize Winners

Eligible entries received during each monthly entry period will be reviewed by Circle Farms and four winners will be selected on or about the 1st day of the following month.

Gardener's Choice Award

The Gardener's Choice Award winner will be determined by the entry receiving the highest number of valid "likes" in the Community Gallery at the close of the Contest.

In the event of a tie, the winner will be selected by random draw from among the tied entries.

The Sponsor reserves the right to remove fraudulent, automated, purchased, or otherwise invalid votes.

Grand Prize Winner

The Grand Prize winner will be selected by Circle Farms after reviewing all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

8. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted using the contact information provided within their entry.

To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:

• Respond within seven (7) days of notification;
• Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance, as required by Canadian law; and
• Sign and return any required declaration or release forms.

Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

9. License and Use of Entries

By submitting a photo or video, entrants grant Circle Farms a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, modify, and share the submitted content, in whole or in part, for promotional, marketing, editorial, website, social media, advertising, and other business purposes without further compensation or notice.

Entrants retain ownership of their original content.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used solely for administering the Contest, contacting participants, awarding prizes, and for purposes outlined in the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected entries;
• Technical failures, website interruptions, or internet connectivity issues;
• Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Contest;
• Errors in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance and use of any prize.

12. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.

All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws.

13. Governing Law

The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
