Cosmos – Kiiro

~25 Seeds

Cosmos Kiiro is a cheerful twist on a garden classic, blooming in warm shades of buttercream and pale yellow with a soft golden centre. The name “Kiiro” means “yellow” in Japanese, perfectly capturing this variety’s sunny charm.

Its airy foliage and graceful stems give it that effortless cottage-garden look, while the pastel blooms add a calm, romantic touch to borders, pollinator gardens, and cutting beds. Bees and butterflies adore its open, nectar-rich flowers, and its long stems make it a dream for fresh bouquets.

Easy to grow and delightfully low-maintenance, Kiiro thrives in full sun and poor-to-average soil, proving that beauty doesn’t have to be fussy. Once it starts blooming, it just keeps going—right through the summer and into fall. This cosmos variety is perfect for gardeners who love soft, subtle colours that blend beautifully with pinks, whites, and blues in the flower garden. Deadheading encourages even more blooms, but even when left alone, Cosmos Kiiro is pure, sunny magic.
