Mexican Sunflowers bloom from mid-summer to early fall, producing masses of colorful flowers.

- Sow the seeds 1/4 inch (6 mm) deep in well-draining soil.
- Space the seeds or seedlings about 18-24 inches (45-60 cm) apart, as Mexican Sunflowers can grow quite tall and wide.
- The plant can reach heights of 3 - 4 feet
- Seeds usually germinate within 7-14 days.
