Chantilly Snapdragons bloom early with open-faced flowers in a soft salmon-peach hue, perfect for adding warmth to your garden or greenhouse. Best suited for growing under short days and cooler temperatures, this variety thrives in both field and greenhouse settings. However, it may struggle with thin stems under long-day conditions, so we don't recommend it for those periods.

These blossoms can be used as a colorful garnish for salads, desserts, and drinks. Their floral flavour has a slight bitterness, so it’s best to use them sparingly for a subtle touch.
