Mizuna Mustard Lettuce
250+ Seeds
Mizuna (Brassica rapa var. nipposinica) is a Japanese green that adds a mild, peppery flavour to salads and stir-fries. It's a cut and come again plant providing multiple harvests.
Mizuna also makes an excellent "trap crop" for pests. Mizuna attracts aphids, flea beetles, and caterpillars. It can be strategically planted away from other plants (such as brassicas) that are prone to pest infestations, drawing the pests away from more important crops.
