Returns and exchanges are offered on a case by case basis. We do not offer returns for orders due to "changing your mind" or poor germination rates (due to various factors that affect germination).

If you have an issue, please contact us to discuss the options. 

There are no returns on personalized products, unless there was an error made on our part. 


We cannot control delays in shipping once the item is in transport. Items that are successfully delivered are the responsibility of the customer. Items that are stolen at the point of delivery by porch pirates will not be reimbursed.
