RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are offered on a case by case basis as situations are unique. We do not offer returns for orders due to "changing your mind". If you have an issue, please contact us to discuss the options.
Should we "OK" a refund, if the items need to be returned to us, we ask the buyer to cover the shipping costs, unless otherwised discussed.
There are no returns on personalized products, unless there was an error made on our part.
Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet started to be fullfilled. Once an order has been started, we cannot cancel it.
We cannot control delays in shipping once the item is in transport. Items that are successfully delivered are the responsibility of the customer. Items that are stolen at the point of delivery are beyond our control (porch pirates!!) and will not be reimbursed. When possible, we will always request "no safe drop" when shipping items, to avoid theft at the point of delivery.
Items that are shipped for free are shipped via regular mail, using Canada Post. These shipments are not trackable and a specific delivery date is not guaranteed.
If you require delivery by a certain date, please contact us for details to arrange for guaranteed delivery to meet your desired date.
Your private information, such as address or email address will never, ever be shared or sold.
Circle Farms assumes liability only for the value of the product purchased, not any other costs associated with crop failures or delayed delivery.
