Q. Is there a maximum amount of commission I can earn?
A. No, the more you sell, the more you'll earn.
Q. Is there a cost to join the program?
A. No. Simply apply to join and once approved, you'll receive instructions about how to access your affiliate account to see your referral link.
Q. What type of affiliates do you work with?
A. We work with bloggers, social media influencers, publishers, gardening educators, home gardeners, flower farmers, online retailers and people in the gardening or farming industry.
Q. How often to you pay commissions?
A. We pay commissions quarterly, the first week of January, April, July, October.
Q. Is there a minimum commission payout?
A. Yes, we will hold commissions until they reach $25.
Q. Is the affiliate program available to affiliates outside of Canada?
A. Affiliates do not have to live in Canada, but they must have Canadians in their circle of influence. Due to agricultural shipping restrictions, our products can only be shipped within Canada.
Q. Are there any limitations on the program?
A. Yes, referral purchases must be completed within 30 days of visiting our website.
The affiliate program is not meant to be used for school fundraising. If you wish to partner with Circle Farms on a fundraising project, please email us at hello (at) circlefarms.ca.
Q. Can an affiliate work with other seed companies?
A. Yes, we do not limit your ability to work with other seed companies.
Q. What is a referral is issued a refund on a Circle Farms sale?
A. In the event of a refund, the commission will be deducted from your earnings.

Circle Farms reserves the right to review and monitor affiliated content to ensure compliance with these terms. If any content is found to violate these guidelines, we will promptly address the issue and may take corrective actions, including but not limited to the suspension or termination of the affiliate’s participation in the program. Our aim is to foster a community of affiliates who share our dedication to ethical and responsible content creation.
By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to adhere to these content guidelines and to promote our products in a manner consistent with our values. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a positive and respectful platform for all viewers.
As a Circle Farms affiliate, you may share any content that we have published and we reserve the right to share any Circle Farms related content that you share (while always crediting you).
Circle Farms reserves the right to amend or cancel the program at any time. Any changes to commission rates will not be retroactive, and cancellation of the program will not negate any past commissions earned.
