We know you're excited to get your seeds, and we don’t blame you – who wouldn’t be? Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your orders from Circle Farms to your hands during the Canada Post strike. Read on for the answers to our most common shipping questions.
Free Standard Shipping Orders Under $100
Our free Standard shipping option utilizes Canada Post lettermail, so during the strike, these orders will be paused. They will be filled and safely stored, but not sent out until the strike is over.
If you wish to speed up delivery, you can contact us for a shipping quote and we are offering $5 off paid shipping during the strike to help offset the costs.
Free Standard Shipping Orders Over $100
Your order will be shipped out via ground courier using a non-Canada Post option.
Delivery times are typically 5 – 10 business days. We are currently offering $5 off paid shipping (ask us for a quote on existing orders!).
Paid Shipping Options
Customers that have chosen a paid shipping option are not impacted by the strike and packages will go out via an alternative courier.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where Is My Order (Free Standard Shipping)?
Orders Placed Before May 16th, 2025:
· Your package has been shipped via Canada Post and unfortunately is stuck in the Canada Post system and has no tracking number.
Orders Placed May 16th, 2025 and onwards:
· Your order will be filled within 2 - 3 business days and safely stored at our location until the strike is over.
How Quickly Will You Fill Orders?
We do our best to process orders within 2-4 business days (because we’re just as eager as you are to get those seeds growing). Keep in mind, we’re closed on weekends and holidays, because hey, everyone needs a little break now and then!
You will receive an email once your order is filled.
Can I Cancel My Order Due to The Strike?
Orders that have not yet been filled can be cancelled up to 2 business days after ordering. Orders after 2 business days are in our processing queue and cannot be cancelled.
Can I Upgrade to Paid Shipping To Get My Order Faster?
YES! Please send us an email and we can provide a shipping quote. During the strike we are offering a $5 discount on all paid shipping services.
The Shop App Says My Order Is Filled But Not Shipped
If you have a free Standard shipping order, it has no tracking number and the Shop app gets confused. If you have received a shipping confirmation email from us, your order is on it's way!
