By cooking the squash and then scraping out the inside, you can make your own healthy vegan and grain-free spaghetti, that is very delicious.

Sun: Full Sun
Seed Depth: 1" deep, plant 3 seeds and thin to strongest seedling
Space: plants 24" apart in rows 48" apart minimum

Plant: Indoors: start 3 - 4 weeks before last frost (don't be tempted to start early as you will have huge plants to content with indoors). Direct sow : once the soil is warm (above 25C / 95F).
Germination: Seeds should germinate in 7-14 days.
