English Thyme is an upright growing evergreen variety, growing up to 12" high. It's dainty pink flowers attract bees. Known for being drought tolerant, thyme works great in containers or a herb border.
The aromatic leaves are used in a variety of dishes, including meat & vegetable dishes. Thyme is a natural pest deterent, repelling cabbage moths. It is also also used for medicinal purposes in essential oils etc.
