Simply supply the names and date EXACTLY as you would like it to appear (we cannot issue refunds for names that are provided to us incorrectly).

Envelope size is 3" wide X 4 1/2" tall (coin envelope #4 size) with pre-gummed self sealing adhesive, made with compostable, recyclable paper.
