WINTER RUSSIAN RED KALE
Winter Red kale has beautiful blue-green leaves with purple veins. It is grown for microgreens, tender salad greens or grown to full maturity for cooking in stir fry etc.

LACINATO (DINOSAUR) KALE
Lacinato kale is a larger kale that can grow up to 3 feet (1 metre) tall, with one central stem (non-branching) and blue-green leaves packed with nutrients.

BLUE CURLED
Gorgeous silver blue coloured kale with curled leaf edges. Great for smoothies, stirfries etc.
